Requirements

12 channel live mixing desk capable of sending phantom power with 4-way EQ (Inc. 2 sweepable mids). (NO DIGITAL MIXERS)

Desk should also have 2 pre-fade Aux’s for monitors and 1 post-fade Aux for effects.

Pre-fade Aux’s for monitors must be post-eq: So no Midas Venice unless they have been altered Good quality speakers ( FOH & Monitor), free of hums and buzzes, and capable of faithful reproduction of acoustic music.

The stomp box is like a kick drum and there is LOTS of bass end produced. Bass bins are essential for the sake of your speakers.

1/3 Octave 31-band Graphic Equalisers on FOH Left & Right and each monitor send. (No
Ultracurve)

Good quality reverb unit - ie Yamaha SPX 990

1 Gate & 2 Compressors

Mixing desk should be positioned in front of the speakers, in full view of the stage and on same level as audience towards the rear of hall. i.e. not in box or at side of stage.

All mic stands should be telescopic booms.

All DIs must be active
